SATURDAY: Tomorrow (Saturday) is the 10th anniversary of the Salisbury Summer Fair at Wilton House. The event which is on between 11am and 5pm is raising money for the Salisbury Hospice Charity.
Activities, live music, children’s rides, vintage vehicles, arena performances and country demonstrations are all on site.

SATURDAY: Salisbury Group of Artists are holding their annual Summer Exhibition at the Central Library.
The exhibition which runs from Saturday 3rd August until Friday 30th August features more than 120 original art works, including ceramics, sculptures and work with textiles as well as original paintings, photographs and prints. There is a chance to meet exhibiting artists at the opening event on Saturday from 2-4pm.

SUNDAY: Salisbury Hockey Club is gearing up for the start of the season with an open day and ‘introduction to hockey event’. Salisbury and South Wilts Sports Ground on Skew Bridge will be open to welcome people interested in finding out more about hockey. The day includes adults and juniors’ sessions as well as a Walkers session (for a slower pace of play) and a Flyerz session for disabled people.

SUNDAY: There’s inflatable fun for young people in Salisbury on Sunday. Bouncy Castle Kingdom takes over Salisbury Rugby Club on Castle Road on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
The paid attraction has 15 large bouncy castles. The event starts at 10am each day, with a designated soft play area for under fives. There is free parking at the rugby club is ideal for children aged 1-11.
ALL WEEKEND: The annual Fayre on the Square is back in the city centre, running until 1st September, there is a 9-hole mini golf course which is open from 10am until 8pm (Saturday) and 10am until 7pm (Sunday) – tickets are £4.50 per person. There will also be table tennis, table football and ‘corn hole’ (?!) for another bit of fun.
Food vendors, Mediterranean street food and beverage can be enjoyed thanks to Ed and James from Feast & Flavour. Ice creams and deck chairs make it a relaxed place to visit.
